Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Creamy, cold, chocolatey pudding was always a childhood treat and is still one of my favorites desserts.

I remember when I was a kid I used to love to mix up a box of Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding and eat half the bowl. This recipe is just as easy as the boxed mix without all the preservatives.

I make this chocolate pudding often because it's quick and easy, I usually have all the ingredients at home and it satisfies an aching sweet tooth. I think the most important thing to remember when making pudding is to cover the surface of the pudding immediately after cooking with plastic wrap or else you will end up with a thick skin on top which does not taste good.

So the next time you have a craving for something cold, chocolatey, sweet and comforting, whip up my quick and easy chocolate pudding.
