Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

I know fried rice is generally eaten as a side dish but I think it makes a satisfyingly filling main dish as well. It can be a balanced, wholesome lunch or dinner packed with protein and fiber.

I am a rice eater and I love fried rice. When I lived in Singapore I was introduced to some tasty rice dishes, two of my favorites being olive rice and pineapple rice.

This garlic fried rice is super easy with minimal ingredients but jam packed with flavor. I make this with egg but feel free to make it with cooked chicken, shrimp or beef. Next time you are strapped for time or have leftover rice in the fridge, give this fried rice a try.
