Strawberry Trifle Recipe

Gorgeous to look at and ridiculously delicious!

I love making trifles because they are so easy to put together and don't stress me out when I'm entertaining and have lots of other dishes to prepare.

This is not a traditional English trifle because the only fruit is strawberries, there's a biscuity crunch, delicate shreds of white chocolate and a hint of almond essence.

Instead of custard this trifle has clouds of whipped cream. Please whip cold, heavy cream to stiff peaks instead of using cream out of a can or tub.

Make this trifle, especially when strawberries are in season. You won't be sorry!
