Cheeseburger Spring Rolls Recipe

How clever are these spring rolls! Two of my favorite foods rolled into one crunchy, meaty, cheesy snack.

I'm always searching for finger food recipes to stock my freezer with. These easy rolls freeze well and are perfect to fry up for tea, or an after school or work snack. You may not be crazy about the processed cheese slices used in this recipe but believe me, they give the creamy texture and taste of a real cheeseburger.

The rolls do take some time to assemble but they are so worth the effort!
