Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Creamy, cold, chocolate pudding was always a childhood treat and is still one of my favorites desserts.

I remember when I was a kid, I used to love to mix up a box of Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding and eat half the bowl. This recipe is just as easy as the boxed mix without all the preservatives.

I make this chocolate pudding often because it's quick and easy, I usually have all the ingredients at home and it satisfies an aching sweet tooth. I think the most important thing to remember when making pudding is to cover the surface of the pudding immediately after cooking with plastic wrap or you will end up with a thick skin on top which does not taste good.

So the next time you have a craving for something cold, chocolatey, sweet and comforting, whip up my quick and easy chocolate pudding.
