Ground Beef and Puff Pastry Patties Recipe

Flaky on the outside, spicy on the inside. That best describes these pockets of puff pastry filled with ground beef.

I always have these in my freezer to serve for tea or at iftar time during the month of Ramadan. They taste great hot out of the oven and just as good room temperature.

Do try this recipe and feel free to experiment with your own fillings.
