Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Every Ramadan I try to come up with special dishes to treat my family at Iftar time. These tasty chicken fajitas are a big hit and I love that I don’t have to be in the kitchen for hours.
I use a Fajita seasoning packet but you can make your own seasoning if you prefer. I have a very good tortilla recipe up on My Instagram but you can use store-bought tortillas too. The chicken and veggies are roasted on one baking sheet which makes this a no- fuss meal.
This is the recipe to make on busy weeknights or lazy weekends. Leftovers reheat well too!

Tips and Bits:
• The chicken breast does not take long to cook through. Do not over cook or it will be dry. • Use any color bell peppers you prefer.
