No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Bars Recipe

So, this is one of those cakes that you keep going back in the kitchen for throughout the day, nibbling little pieces, and before you know it, it’s all gone! My dear friend, Mehreen, always makes this cake and it’s so addictive.

This no-bake cake is perfect to make with kids. It’s also a quick dessert to whip up if you have guests or a sudden chocolate craving. I love the crunchy biscuits, the chewy cherries, and the creamy chocolate in every bite.

You can tweak this recipe with different biscuits and add-ins to suit your taste. It’s so easy and quick that I urge you to make it today! And you may want to double the recipe 😋.

Tips and Bits:

  1. You can use Digestives or any other biscuit that you prefer.

  2. You can add raisins, apricots, meringue, or nuts to this mixture.

  3. You can make it, like Mehreen does, in a round cake pan which looks great on a dessert table.
