Roasted Potatoes Recipe
These gorgeous beauties are fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside and extremely addictive!
Roasted potatoes are an easy and quick accompaniment to eggs, salads, roasts and stews. If you love potatoes — and really, who doesn’t?? then this is going to become your go-to potato recipe.
I like to keep my potatoes simple but you can get creative and fancy them up with your favorite herbs and spices.

Tips and Bits:
You can add garlic, rosemary, thyme or black pepper.
You can use regular oil if you don’t have olive oil.
Don’t overcrowd baking sheet or potatoes will not brown evenly.
