Simple Thai Fish Recipe
I started making this simple recipe years ago to try get my family to eat more fish. The tender pieces of fish with sweet and spicy sauce have become a favorite in my house.
I use frozen fish, bottled sauce, bell peppers, and a few other simple ingredients which makes this a super easy recipe. I serve the fish with steamed rice but you can eat it with noodles or on its own.
This is a delicious, speedy meal to put together after work or school so please give it a try and let me know how you like it!
